9/8/12Cottages & Jungalows

I am so excited to share with you some outtakes from the feature of our Jungalow in the current issue of COTTAGES & BUNGALOWS magazine. Sometimes, when I work with a photographer and a stylist in a space that’s very personal to me, I feel weird about how the images come out–like it’s not quite ‘me.’ Well not this time! I love how they captured the spirit of our home, and these photos truly reflect what our home looks like…(right after our amazing house-keeper comes :P)

I also love how the piece was written. The same way that the photographer and stylist were able to capture our vibe–the writer, Margie Monin Dombrowski did the same with her words.Β  Later on in the week I will share some additional images from the shoot as well–pick up a copy of the print issue if you can, too. I obviously love web publications, but print is still queen in my queendom. Β

SUPER LOOOOVE your boho jungalow! The colours and contrasts utilized in your decor truly depict your style which is simple, ecclectic and beautiful. Your space is enveloped with natural light which also allows warmth with the natural selections of textiles revealed. I also felt a sense of your liking or loving to everything you have welcomed into your jungalow.

  12. Nice post. I learn something new and challenging on blogs I
stumbleupon on a daily basis. It will always be helpful
to read articles from other authors and use something
    from their websites.
